Mary Ann Miller
Mary Ann Miller, 72, of Antioch, died Aug. 1 at St. Therese
Medical Center in Waukegan.
Mrs. Miller was born Feb. 17, 1930, the daughter of the
late Chris and Harriet (Bernhardt) Poulsen and has lived in
the area all her life. For several years she worked at the
Warwick Company in Zion, then at the former Evergreen
Restaurant in Antioch, and before her retirement at Victory
Lakes in Lindenhurst.
On Dec. 20, 1947, she married Lyman R. Miller in Millburn.
She is survived by her husband, Lyman; two sons, Gerald of
Antioch and Donald (Katherine) of Bristol, Wis.; two
grandchildren, Quintin "Jake" and Alexander Miller; one
sister, Barbara (Alfred) Schettino of Lindenhurst; and two
brothers, William (Karen) Poulsen of Zion and Robert (Judy)
Poulsen of Grayslake.
Funeral services were Aug. 5 at Strang Funeral Home of
Antioch. Interment was private in Millburn Cemetery. Those
desiring may make contributions to the Antioch Rescue or
Fire Department, in her memory.
