was born December 6, 1868,
and died on August 22, 1959, at Waukegan, Illinois
(obituary).
Married Catherine (Katherine?) A. Mitschler about November 23, 1895.
She was born in November, 1872, and died in October, 1927, of cancer.
Children:
Walter R.,
born June, 1896,
moved to Chicago;
James B.,
born September, 1897,
married Margaret Clark (1906-1992)
[daughter of Edward and Elizabeth O'Hare Clark],
who became local school teacher,
died in 1988;
Lucile,
born March, 1900;
Maurice A.,
born in 1911,
took over the farm after father's death,
died in 1980;
Myrtle,
married Oscar Adler,
moved to North Chicago.
