Vida White
Funeral services for Mrs. Vida E. White, 75, of Hebron, formerly of Antioch, were held May 15 at the Strang Funeral Home, Antioch.
Mrs. White died May 11 in the Woodstock Residence. She was a lifetime member of the Millburn Congregational Church, and past president of the Ladies Aid of the Church. She was a 55 year member and past matron of the Millburn Chapter 570, Order of the Eastern Star and a member of the Past Matrons' Club. Mrs. White was the past president of the Linn Township Neighbor League Women's Club, past president of the Lake County Home Bureau, past president of the Oakland School PTA and leader of the Oakland Girl's 4-H Club.
Survivors include her husband, George; two sons including Homer White of Antioch; eight grand-children; and four great-grand- children.

ROBERT R. MAY
Funeral services for Robert R. May, 54 of Rosecrans, were held May 14 at the Strang Funeral Home, Antioch.
Mr. May died May 11 in Victory Memorial Hospital. He was a descendant of the Frazier family, one of the early Lake County families which moved to this area in 1849.
He was a member of the Lake County Farm Bureau, had been a member of the Newport Volunteer Fire Dept., was a member of the Zion Junior Band for five years and had played in a band for 30 years known as Bob May's Orchestra. He had been employed by the Lake- Cook Farm Supply as a petroleum salesman and recently as a ranger and maintenance man for the Lake County Forest Preserve District.
Survivors include his widow, Jeanette; one daughter; two sons including Lester H. of Gurnee; and one brother, William of Gurnee; one sister; and three grand-children.

Vida E. White
Mrs. Vida E. White, 75, of Hebron, Illinois, died Tuesday, May 11, 1971 in the Woodstock Residence. She was born on December 27, 1895 in Antioch.
She was the daughter of the late Dr. Homer E. and Martha Jamison. She moved to Millburn in 1896, to Antioch Township in 1917, and to Walworth County in 1945. She was a lifetime member of the Millburn Congregational Church, and past president of the Ladies Aid of the Church. She was a 55 year member and Past Matron of the Millburn Chapter No 570, Order of the Eastern Star, and a member of the Past Matron's Club. She was the past president of the Linn Township Neighbor League Women's Club, past president of the Lake County Farm Bureau, past president of the Oakland PTA, and leader of the Oakland Girl's 4H Club. She was a graduate of the Chicago Conservatory of Music. She married George B. White on October 24, 1917, in Millburn.
She was preceded in death by her sister Miss Doris Jamison in 1963.
She is survived by her husband George B. White, 2 sons, Homer White of Antioch and Robert White of Zenda, Wisconsin, 8 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 2:30 P.M., Saturday, May 15, at the STRANG FUNERAL HOME, Antioch, with Rev. L. H. Messersmith, Pastor of the Millburn Congregational Church officiating. Interment will be in Millburn Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 P.M., Friday. Memorials may be made to the Millburn Congregational Church in lieu of flowers.
