The Edward Clarks Will Celebrate Golden Wedding
Mr. and Mrs. Edward Clark, Gurnee, will celebrate their 50th
wedding anniversary Sunday, Feb. 14 with open house for
friends and relatives from 5 to 9 p.m. in the St. Patricks
Hall, Wadsworth.
Mr. and Mrs. Clark and Mr. and Mrs. George Graham were
united in marriage in a double wedding on Feb. 10th, 1904.
Mrs. Clark and Mrs. Graham are the former Elizabeth and
Margaret O'Hare. The Rev. M. A. Bruton officiated. Mr.
Graham died two years ago.
The Clarks had six children, Margaret, now Mrs. James
Lahey, Wadsworth, Edith, now Mrs. Anthony Klem, Waukegan,
Louis, Lake Forest, Frank, Fox Lake, Robert, Lake Villa,
and a son Earl who died two years ago. There are 19
grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Mr. and Mrs. Clark have lived all their lives in St.
Patrick's parish.
