Mr. Campbell former pastor of Millburn church, and now of
Whitewater, Wis. is visiting friends in this vicinity. While rowing on
Loon Lake last Saturday, with Mr. Lewis El'Passo, the boat suddenly
filled with water and sank. Both gentlemen clung to the boat and
drifted to the shore, they were in the water about three hours, and
were thoroughly chilled, but have sustained no serious injuries from
the exposure. They lost two valuable guns in the bottom of the lake.
