Illinois Not for Profit Corporation

• We're an Illinois Not-for-Profit Corporation, incorporated in 1979. (certificate).
• Our nine–person board usually meets 6­‐8 times per year on the fourth Monday of the month at 7:00 p.m. Should you wish to attend, please call or e­‐mail in advance to make sure there is a meeting, and to find out where the meeting will be held.
• Board members are elected at the annual members’ meeting; four (or five) are elected each year to serve a two­‐year term.
• Check our schedule for board activities.
• Board members are active in community preservation and other matters involving the community.
